Yes, it would be a great way to get in shape for skiing. One recommended exercise is to jump with your feet together in a side to side movement; much like skiing itself- great for the knees.

This is so important because when a liver is overworked toxins may not be flushed out and can back up in the blood stream.

A liver that is not functioning properly can lead to fatigue, weight gain, water retention, and a myriad of other health issues.
A detox will help to remove unwanted toxins enabling the liver to function properly.

A healthy liver will increase your energy, improve metabolism, and help you burn excess fat.

I was diagnosed with vertigo over this past weekend, which came on very fast and severe. I went to ER uncertain as to what it was that I was experiencing. ER told me their goal was to send me home that day (they were considering possible inpatient care). They had given me 3 drugs while in ER to settle down the vertigo, which really gave me no relief. They also sent me home with these same 3 drugs, which I chose not to take. I was unable to drive or even function. I saw Dr. Joe that Monday, he has been treating me by doing a procedure called an Epley's manuever. Since seeing Dr. Joe I have been improving each day. I look forward to feeling a 100% improvement, which I know will be coming soon, as I progress into doing some brain based excercises to restore my overstimulated vestibular system. Thanks Dr. Joe!!

Prescription drugs, surgery, pain killers, etc, just numb your pain and don’t do anything to fix the problem, yet they are responsible for 106,000 deaths per year. Choose safe, gentle and effective chiropractic care!

Love this!! Thankfully, I've never had a taste for sugar substitutes. Unfortunately, the more I read labels, the more I see aspertame, even in non-sugarfree foods/treats. I used to chew gum, a lot, and opted for sugar free, with horrible side effects from the aspertame.

LOVE my fruit and veggies.
